Hurricane Helena has fully passed and thankfully, we just had a little cleanup to do from the wind moving some things around. Netherworld will be open this weekend, both Friday 09/27 and Saturday 09/28, as planned. If you are traveling from an area affected by the storm and have concerns about the roads, please know that you can easily reschedule your tickets by opening the e-mail you received immediately after purchasing your tickets. This e-mail will be from “Interactive Ticketing” and the subject will be “Your NETHERWORLD 2024 Tickets”. When you open this e-mail, you will see a link near the top which you can click on to access your tickets. Once you open the link, you will see a button at the very top of the page which says “Reschedule Your Tickets”…all you have to do now is click through to change your ticket to an alternate date.
Please note, for this weekend (Friday 09/27 & Saturday 09/28) you may reschedule your ticket up until the start of your chosen timeslot. After Saturday 10/28 however, the rescheduling cut-off time will go back to the usual 6 hours in advance of the start of your timeslot (ie: if you have a ticket for the 10pm-10:30pm timeslot, you must reschedule by 4pm). If you wait until after this time has passed, you will be unable to reschedule and expired/unused tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. We suggest rescheduling early if this is something you wish to do.
