I bought my tickets online, but I purchased the wrong ticket?
Timed Entry and Speedpass are date and time specific. If you come on a date or time with a ticket that is not correct, please bring your unused ticket to the information booth when you arrive and you can change the ticket to be valid on the appropriate night and time.

Given the greatly reduced capacity at NETHERWORLD this season, if timeslots sell out quickly on a given night, we may add additional timeslots to accommodate demand. Please check back if your preferred date is sold out.
What time does the line start forming?
All tickets sold in 2020 are Timed. Timed Tickets allow you access to the queue lines at a designated time. One Half hour before your designated time you may wait in a socially distanced pre queue area. If you arrive on site more that 30 min before your designated time we kindly request that you wait in your vehicle. Once you enter the queue line there will be a wait before entering the attractions.
How long is the wait in line?
Given the nightly capacity limits and timed entry system we have instituted in 2020, wait times will be far shorter than you might be used to. In general wait times will depend upon the percentage of tickets sold in a given timeslot and the average number of people in groups for a given timeslot as we are only allowing “personal bubbles” to enter the haunts together this season. If you would like to really expedite your experience, you might want to consider purchasing a SpeedPass which will grant you expedited entry.
How long does it take to go through the haunted house?
That depends on many factors. When you arrive with your tickets in hand (in addition to assisting with COVID-19 Safety concerns and ensuring your entry time, purchasing tickets in advance also helps speed up entry into the attractions – no need to wait in line at the box office!) your will first pass through temperature screening, then wait to enter the haunts. Once you enter, you go through at your own pace so the length of the experience varies from group to group. The main haunt, HALLOWEEN NIGHTMARES, is the longest. To walk through both haunts might take 45 minutes, plus time in line. Your time in line will vary depending on the percentage of tickets sold during a given timeslot and whether you purchased a regular timed entry ticket or a SpeedPass timed entry ticket.
How Exactly do the Timeslots work again?
When you purchase a 7:00pm timed entry ticket (for example), this ticket will allow you to enter the queue line for a 30-minute period starting at 7:00pm, meaning you will be able to enter the queue line to the haunts between 7:00pm and 7:30pm.
What if I miss my timeslot?
If you miss your timeslot and arrive late on the same night that your ticket was issued, we will do our very best to get you into the queue lines at the earliest possible time, but please know, those with a properly timed ticket will always get entry priority. Please arrive on time as we can not guarantee how long your wait will be should you arrive late. Please also know that this only applies to tickets bearing the proper date. There is no way that expired tickets can be scanned once the date on your ticket has passed.
Can I make a reservation?
You can reserve a time slot to enter the queue line with a Timed Entry Ticket. However, you can avoid the line with a Speedpass.
What are the prices for the different haunted houses?

No Group Sales are available in 2020 due to extremely limited ticket availability.

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Do you take American Express?
We honor Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for both online and on site sales but no, we do not take American Express.
Can I buy tickets in advance?
We strongly recommend that you purchase tickets online, there will not be a proper box office on site. Due to extremely limited availability buying tickets online and in advance is the only way to ensure you will be able to visit the attractions.Interactive Ticketing.

Timed Entry and Speedpass tickets are night and time specific – they are valid for the night and time they were purchased for.
I just bought my ticket online…do I still have to wait in line when I get to the Haunted House?
Timed Entry Tickets give you a specific date and time to enter the queue line for HALLOWEEN NIGHTMARES. Speedpasses usually allow direct access to the haunt on a specific date and time. After you buy a ticket online, you will receive an email with a ticket to print. You must have this printout with a barcode on it with you or be able to show the barcode on your smart phone to the staff at the entrance.
Is there a way to avoid waiting in line?
Speedpasses usually allow direct access to the haunt except on busy nights. Speedpass ticket is valid for both haunted houses.

What is a SPEEDPASS and how do I get one?
SPEEDPASSES give you rapid access to the haunted house. Once you have your SpeedPass ticket you can go straight to the special SpeedPass entrance of the haunt for fast, often immediate access. Please note that you do not have to buy a regular timed entry ticket in addition to a SpeedPass to enter – the price of a SpeedPass includes admission to both haunts AND also includes rapid entry.

Are the monsters allowed to touch you?
The actors in NETHERWORLD will not touch you.
Are there any age restrictions?
NETHERWORLD is recommended for adults and teens, but younger kids may come if parents choose to bring them. Minimum age is 5 Years old. Carrying children through is NOT recommended. There are no special prices for children and no refunds if anyone decides not to finish the haunt. There are many emergency exits throughout each attraction in case anyone gets too scared to continue. CYBORG SHOCK is a more gory haunted house..
Where can I find coupons?
NETHERWORLD will occasionally offer special discounts so keep an eye out!
When are coupons valid?
If we offer a coupon be sure to read them carefully to see what days and times they can be used.
NOTE: No coupons are valid Fridays and Saturdays in October or on Halloween.
Is NETHERWORLD wheelchair accessible?
Yes, but in dark areas, staff assistance will make navigation easier.
Is there a lot of smoke in the haunted house?
We do use fog machines at NETHERWORLD. Should you find the smoke too intense there are emergency exits throughout the attraction .
Are there strobe lights?
Yes, we do use strobe lights occasionally.
Can I go in if I’m pregnant?
NETHERWORLD Haunted House is not recommended for visitors who are pregnant, have heart conditions or are in general poor health.
Is it a ride?
Visitors walk through all the attractions at NETHERWORLD.
Is it dark?
There are very dark areas in both Haunts. .
Is it a maze? Can I get lost?
NETHERWORLD is not a maze. Many areas of the attractions are confusing, but the staff will help you find your way out if necessary.
Can my friends and I wear our Halloween costumes when we come to Netherworld?
No. For safety reasons, we are sorry to say that except for small children, patrons are not permitted to wear costumes.
Are your attractions open if it rains?
Yes! Our haunted houses are inside. The lines to enter are located outside however, so we recommend you bring rain gear if poor weather is forecast. Ponchos will be available for purchase if rain is expected.
Once we’ve used our ticket can we go through again with the same ticket?
No. A new ticket is required for each visit.
Are there any motels/hotels close to NETHERWORLD and are there any special rates?
Yes, there are few hotels in close proximity to NETHERWORLD – CLICK HERE and scroll down under the maps and directions for several available discounted hotels.
Do your attractions have security?
Yes. NETHERWORLD uses Gwinnett County Police Officers for our security team. We seldom, if ever, have a problem that actually requires security but we have it just in case.
We also have an off-duty firefighter/EMT on staff each night.
Can we be thrown out of the park for any reason?
Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be adhered to for your own safety.
Violation of these rules will usually bring a warning and then being asked to leave without a refund.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
NO! And they are not allowed on the property, so please do not bring any.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking and Vaping are only allowed in the parking lot. Smoking and Vaping are NOT allowed indoors or in the queue lines or midways.
Can we take flash photos of your haunted houses?
NO photography of any sort is allowed in the haunts. Haunted houses are dark and people’s eyes (especially the actors) adjust to the low light. When you flash your camera you’re not only ruining other customers’ experience but you’re hurting the actors’ eyes. Also, the fog used inside the attractions ruins flash photography.
Although no photography or videotaping is allowed inside (including nightshot), the monsters working outside will quite often pose for pictures.
What can’t we bring with us inside your haunted houses?
No pets! No weapons! No alcoholic beverages! No cameras! No smoking! No vaping! No laser pointers or flashlights! No food or beverages!
Do you sell beverages and souvenirs at your attractions?
Yes. We sell souvenir t-shirts, hoodies, magnets, coffee mugs, shot glasses, NETHERWORLD soundtrack CDs, vampire fangs and other fun things. Our midway features food trucks, photo ops and more.
Are the attractions the same this year?

No, there is no such haunted house.
Can we win free tickets?
